Burger King in Lunen

I ordered King Fusion salted caramel which didn't taste like salt in the least. Unfriendly, snotty answer from the shift supervisor - since when does ice cream taste salty? Obviously he didn't know his own product. I can add salt to it came and since I had already tried it, he didn't want to give me a new one and didn't want to refund any money. He did that after a long discussion. 7.1.2021 afternoon

Sometimes good (fresh), sometimes really bad (cold or old). Make sure to check what you get when you make use of the drive-in.

Juice shop, have ordered food for 3 people, first the drink is forgotten, then the fries were not packed, and finally we find out that not a single sauce was packed. A simple order and absolutely zero competence .... Thanks for nothing.

Too bad. The card reader is ominously no longer able to support contactless payment. Today we went home without food.

Everything more than cold. From then on, the citizens are as if they had driven over them in a car. 6pm ordered 8pm came, called complained. We supposedly brought new ones immediately, that was 45 minutes ago and to date ..... NOTHING! Calls in vain ... No one answers anymore. I strongly recommend this Burger King against you.

Mathematics and calculators inadequate. It is not even packed properly, often something is forgotten. Understandable poor. Man is not welcome there. Not recommendable

The staff is visibly demotivated and this is also reflected in the food for sale there. As a customer, you are not properly addressed or treated. A feeling of not being welcomed is strongly conveyed. Not customer oriented. The restaurant is definitely not to be recommended.

Was there for the first time yesterday. Long waiting time at the outside counter. The 2 outside switch is closed so I wonder why? With the rush, the concept should be checked, it works for others too. Staff friendly but no plan of what they do. In addition, not all of the food ordered was collected but not packed. Thank you never again

Food is good, you have to check the order. If something is missing, you can get it without any problems. The staff has always been friendly.

The staff is incredibly unfriendly and outrageous! Dealing and talking to customers who want to leave their money there is really unbelievable! In addition, the food looked like it had just been clapped and slapped. The tables, the floor and the counter are stuck as if they had been wiped with Coke And I don't need to say anything more about the plastic straws!

Food quality and service works like that. You can do everything much better, but it's not a catastrophe either.

Awful. In the evening, drove there from work in an emergency, ordered three burgers and waited almost 10 minutes. Bad when you stand alone at the cash register. I assumed that my burgers were freshly prepared, unfortunately I got old ones that were warmed up in the microwave ..... never again ...

Fast service and friendly demeanor. My order was delicious. However, the toilet system smelled strongly of urine.

This is the very last Burger King I would go to. I've been there 3 times in 3 months, each time the order was completely wrong, I hope they'll all be unemployed, really the very last!

Eating cold is simply disgusting ?? never again. French fries were ok. Both burgers were ice cold like out of the fridge. 11.10 at 9.45pm. They would rather talk about private matters than work properly. That's why it's better to avoid it.

In my opinion a very bad shop, everything is forgotten and everyone is totally unfriendly. Turned around every time to get forgotten food. Employee selection definitely needs to be reconsidered.

We just went to the drive in and admittedly it was very full, so we could almost understand the unfriendly service. When we got home it turned out that half of the order was missing. Unfortunately, this has not happened for the first time. We won't stop here again anytime soon. That is really annoying.

Was ignored for 10 minutes even though 4 service staff were present (at least physically) and after asking several times, an employee sighs and is just annoyed. Should I apologize for my son's craving for fries and nuggets. This restaurant has its own rules because the staff don't want to clean, they don't give out trays but everything in bags and with lots of napkins I've never experienced anything like this unbelievable. The staff is also rude wherever they get the chance. Definitely my last visit. I prefer to go to the competition although I don't like it that good.
